Defendant in the above-styled case filed a Motion to Dismiss, after which this Court conducted hearings into the matter. Upon review of the current calendar, the lack of adequate time to change a core coaching position on offense, recent revelations of alleged espionage by potential anti-Georgia personnel (Codename: South Florida Sloth), as well as consistent insider chatter, this Court hereby GRANTS Motion to Dismiss all charges against Stacy Searels and declares it fruitless to further complain this offseason due to the obvious and inevitable reality that Stacy Searels is returning to Georgia for 2025.
