I’ve heard from taking heads and read it on this board that we run base defense for the majority of game where the opponent is not a serious contender. Vanderbilt, Ball State, etc. Is that what happened last night? I recall one maybe two blitzes that got home. We punted once and had no problem moving the ball so the game was never truly in doubt.
