On our current roster I counted 89 scholarship worthy players. This is counting Drew Miller, Cash Jones, Jah Jackson and Dan Jackson. No clue if they are on scholarship but they are scholarship worthy players.
We have 24 incoming guys on scholarships. That’s not counting the QB or DB that came on late. No clue if they will be on scholarship or not.
That means we have 113 scholarship worthy players not counting that QB and DB. Now some of those guys are already gone like Bowles, Jarrett, David DS, Julian H, etc. that means we need to lose 28 scholarship worthy guys to get to 85.
Truth of the matter if we hang onto a lot of guys we may not have that much room to take a lot of transfers. Remember in 2022 we took no one. I don’t think it will be like that this year, but we may only have room for 3-5 at most.
