Yante - A no BS, no ego, hard working, do anything needed to win type guy. Wasn't a puppet of the shoe companies. No handler pulling his strings, trying to profit off his skill. He just works hard and gets better and better.
JJ - Always wanted to be a Dawg. We hoped he could help some. Then Oh my, he is pretty good. Then Wow, he is really good. And now he is one of the top guards in the SEC.
DO - Big, strong, and raw. We don't know how good he can be and he doesn't know either, but as hard as he works on the boards, we think he will work hard to become a real player.
ME - Reminds of a young colt trying to get his feet under him. Has a lot of athletic ability that he hopefully will harness and the game will slow down for him.
Turtle and ET - Young pups who will try earn their spot for next year in the off-season.
KPG and HK - They get criticized after many of the games, but they are out there doing anything they can to help the team win.
We have no 5*'s shooting arrows in the air after 3 point shots, no crybaby forwards who seem to complain anytime they don't get a foul call, no cocky guards with red dangly hair that love to travel, and no one-and- dones that quit on their team and can't even get a 2.0 grade average.
