in a traffic accident. Both suffer minor injuries and now the insurance company trying to split the blame on the driver who had the green light vs the driver who ran the thing .

I have stand out of it because I think it's morally right to do since I have accident investigation experience. The insurance of the at fault driver wanted to know , if the car who had the green light did they hit my wife . Clearly from witness statements they did not .

I can understand sort of where they are going with it from at fault driver . Six year old hurt and another person . They thinking they fixing to get sued so they trying to share blame .

So far no rental car which ticks me off and no call back . The at fault insurance is fighting with the other . They fixing have me get a lawyer and sue their a$$ .

Thats a insurance company is wrong it ain't your wife fault. That's bad.

It's tough man I know how wife feals got into a bike reck gash and every thing.
