This was shown on NFL Hard Knocks. It's the Giant's draft board and how they rated some of the players by color coding.

Rumor of the color coding

Blue: all-around good leader, teammate, person
Red: medical concerns
Purple: character concerns
Pink: undersized/measurement concern
Grey: multiple positions

Bowers - Blue
McConkey- Red
Lassiter - Blue
Bullard - Grey
Smith - Grey

Nice to see no Purples and 2 Blues. Also, LOL at Burton being purple.
