Every time I look at Mike White in my mind I think Mark Richt. He's a nice guy who recruits well and knows X's and O's, but is not a leader. The team showed up tight and lacking confidence. Signs of poor leadership. Having said that, He's still an upgrade over what we've had the last several head coaches. I say let him stay in there a few years build the program up a little more with good recruiting and then bring in another head coach that can get us where we want to go.
Is anyone really surprised by the outcome...
