Is there a proper protocol or etiquette for jacking in a relative's shower?

I think a relative jacked in my shower two weeks ago. Nobody has used that specific shower in the doublewide in 3 years, until approx. 10 days ago. I washed my mongrel this morning and noticed the water was not draining correctly. I thought it was said mongrel's fur, but upon further investigation, it was jelly fish clogging my strainer to the drain. I gots to know.
