everyone hoped he would have. With the quarterbacks available in the NFL draft this year and with a great season at UGA, CB could have been right at the top, anywhere from 1-3 as the best QB in the draft. From a physical standpoint, he was a very gifted quarterback, ie arm strength, accuracy, and release. But his body language, the expression on his face, the interceptions all worked against him and probably made NFL teams leery of selecting him very high. Hopefully, he can turn over a new leaf at Miami and be in a more positive frame of mind. I think he made the right decision by returning to college for one more season and having a do-over. I’m not sure he made the right decision by leaving UGA.
It’s a shame Carson Beck didn’t have the kind of season……
