The 2nd half meltdowns cannot be overlooked. Start with a new coach that actually has the buy-in and respect of the players to get them to play hard for a full game. This is embarrassing - it has happened at least FIVE TIMES this season - and the fan base shouldn't settle for this kind of thing.
