Jason Whitlock absolutely nails the George Floyd fiasco

What does this have to do with anything remotely about UGA or football?

The Daily Mall article embellished the video footage big time. After watching, I really think Mr. Floyd was suffering from excited delirium.

"Victims of excited delirium are in an extremely heightened emotional state exhibiting marked paranoia and mounting irrational fear. Abnormal signaling in the brain-heart axis may be a precipitant of a sudden fatal arrhythmia, since hyperdopaminergic signaling in the limbic system can convert extreme emotional stress into autonomic toxicity."

It is possible. He said he was claustrophobic.

How did they "embellish" it? Are you saying it is a doctored video?

Wow. That was powerful, but will be ignored by those who need to read it.
We’re all in our own echo chambers at this point. None of us can be swayed. I like Whitlock and Travis. I listen to the Outkick podcast and read Whitlock. If someone posted an article by a woke sports or news personality, I wouldn’t read it. I have no interest in it, and give zero f’s what they think.

I'm talking about the author's description of events in the video. For example, the officer did not point his gun at Mr. Floyd's head. That was a ridiculous take. Also, the still images in the article, taken from the video, are meant to make him look like some terrified victim. Quite frankly the author's hot takes were quite exaggerated.

He was suffering from the effects of a drug cocktail that included a lethal dose of fentanyl. Why would you find “excited delirium” to be a reason when Floyd was on all of these drugs and had a history of run ins with police, so this certainly wasn’t a situation that he wasn’t familiar with? Why look so hard for something else when the reason is pretty obvious?
