Very unstable (off the field) during his time in Athens. NOBODY (including teammates) was sad to see him depart.
It's highly unlikely that your weed consumption and JB's are the same. Because you know, he does not.
I usually enjoy your posts. I can tell you have not had any experience with people who have issues such as bipolar etc. You might not jump to conclusions as easilyabout someone you don’t know.

The question is does he really have mental health issues, or is he an entitled prick creating a persona to validate being said entitled prick? I have no idea, but if I did I would lean toward the later and his intentional manipulation of perception. Entitled prick.
Or is it? Maybe it manipulation hidden as mental illness? There is a defined trail..........
I just always think of him as one of the WRs that we were so upset about losing after the '21 Nat.
So, we just moved on without him...and promptly went 15-0 in '22.

I have no idea whether he has clinical mental health issues or not but I can confirm that one does not have to be in depression or otherwise mentally ill in order to threaten suicide to get what they want or to hurt someone emotionally. Assholes do that too. People are way too complex to say if you do this then you are mentally ill. There could be many, many different reasons (or no reason at all) why someone would do that. Now, in terms of percentages it might be a good bet on average.

I wasn’t taking a shot at people that smoke in general - I was just pointing out that there are many mental health experts that believe the marijuana sold/grown today- with higher thc levels compared to prior decades -can exacerbate young people’s (especially young men’s) bipolar or schizophrenia disorders that often manifest in their early 20s.
I believe it-I am sure I have observed this dynamic- but if smoking helps your mental problems- good for you.

Maybe he is, or maybe he does have mental health issues. As someone with family with mental health problems, even if he does have some psychiatric issues, it’s not an excuse. It can be an explanation though. It could be a combination of the two as well lol
My initial comment on this matter was clear- IF he is shown to have some type of mental illness. I never said that he was in fact mentally ill.
Higher thc levels in marijuana impacting young men with existing mental health issues is certainly a widely discussed dynamic and and widely supported in the mental health community.

THC is almost worse for Schizophrenia than LSD is. This is an accurate statement.
I will say, I’ve always thought this. I worked for a BBQ place in Athens in college and he catered a ton of events, including a dinner after a Tuesday practice. Got to interact with him a few times and something was always off. I will say, Arian Smith and Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint came through with him, and they sat a different table. Just what I noticed. Those two, though, are awesome guys.
