He said teams evaluate the player AND the person, and tonight is a time for DEEP self reflection for Shedeur Sanders because the NFL sat with him in interview rooms and clearly didn't like what he was selling.

And he made a bigger point. At this stage of the draft, he's being drafted as a backup. Teams don't need a microphone in the backup QB's locker. He's simply a potential distraction now.

Rich Eisen tried to push back and said the NFL drafts red flags left and right because of talent. Klatt cut Eisen off and noted that QB position is different and your makeup matters.

The entire NFL Network panel said the cameras and social media need to stop immediately. He needs to eat humble pie and do it privately with GMs who may be willing to draft him. The circus has to end.

Absolutely nailed it.
