Trying to halt/stall deporting of illegal criminal aliens. Same judge leading fisa court that allowed spying on Trump. Same judge that refused to punish FBI agent that lied to fisa court leading to spying on Trump (said the agent losing his job and the public scrutiny was punishment enough).
