I was at Dick’s Sporting Goods this morning and saw a lot of fit people there. Some young some not, ( I’m 67 ). What if you multiply your age by the number of push ups ( chest touching the floor ) you can do. Kind of a push-up index. I’ll start, my number is 1,675. I saw a stat that had someone between 65-70 should do 10, just got me thinking. Have fun.
