not play for UGA. Everyone has more than overlooked Jake Fromm here. Fromm, too, was a 5 star who flipped from Bama to the good guys. Fields is yet another case of us as UGA fans always assuming and anointing the next big thing. Fields, whether he commits to UGA or not is gonna have to be ok with sitting until Eason leaves and at best have a QB package with Fromm as starter (a la Shockley) until Fromm leaves early, leaving him 2 years as a starter. You think he's willing to do that? Not me. Jake Fromm AND Eason are friggin Studs and will keep the pecking order. Sorry to rain on some others' parade but I love our QB situation. We need fields as a recruiter for the 18 class, that's where he has the most value. IMHO.
