Crazy that it is only 10 days before the first game
It is also crazy what I was going through making the decision for the player for this number...
Thomas Davis was an outstanding defensive player and one of the hardest hitters ever to play for Georgia (and probably the nation). Also, Fran Tarkenton is a College Football Hall of Famer (Pro Football, too but that doesn't matter for this)... Ray Goff as a player won the SEC Player of the Year and had one of the most impressive come back wins in school history against the Gators.
But to me Eric Zeier was the first Georgia quarterback to dominate statistically for the Dawgs
