Wanted to ask those that know and are a bit closer to the recruiting action.
I know Kirby has always wanted hard workers. It feels like more than ever, however, he's looking for those that embrace the grind over everything else. Now, of course he's looking for the most talented but once he identifies outstanding talent, it seems the top intangible is work ethic. I believe I read Dandridge saying that everyone else talked about what they would do for him, how they'll develop him, etc. and then mentioned that Kirby talked about him working harder than he ever has in his life.
When Kirby started the build at Georgia, it was find the most talented. Now that we are at the top of the food chain, it's find the best talent that works the hardest.
Would this be accurate???
