Looking at the Mac/Money positions. After bringing in the trio of Raylen Wilson, CJ Allen, and Troy Bowles last year, it seems like the staff is trying to bring in some additional length to the LB corp this year, in the mold of Quay Walker/Smael Mondon.
It seems that Demarcus Riddick and Justin Williams are at the top of the board.
With Riddick potentially wavering (although hopefully the upcoming visit will result in solidifying his commitment), Williams would be an outstanding replacement.
@HHolland92 How do you compare their games and potential? They seem pretty interchangeable and I’m sure we’d be ecstatic with either, but how do you view them? Willams is ranked higher, but Riddick’s film at first glance might be a little more athletic.
It seems like the staff would love to pair one of them with Sammy Brown and run to the closing bell. With maybe Chris Cole and others as a potential backup plans?
