My wife is 8 months pregnant. Her work keeps telling her she has to come in early and stay late, outside of her salary hours. They are making it almost impossible for her to take a lunch break (guilt shaming, scheduling her for meetings during lunch time, etc.). Is this a basis for any sort of legal action?
