I am looking at taking a new job and just closed a significant sale. It is officially closed and I have record of the closure in internal systems.
Commissions won’t be paid until the end of September. Is there any way the company could legally not pay the commission? Per the comp plan, I have met all creiteria of the defined and executed agreement.
