Can anyone with legal expertise please tell me if there is a case for the victim against Bama. I can tell you that if I were this girl's father and she was atteacked by a known violent offender that had been given a second chance, ther would be all kinds of hell to pay!! Theree has to be some sort of case for this girl against the school who knowingly put this violent giant in a position to attack a female exactly like he did the one at UGA.
I also think there should be a new ruling against schools from the NCAA stating if they take a chance on a violent offender and they act up again, then the school should pay with Scholarships or Bowl appearances.
