This will put pressure on Mark next year . I don't think it's smart to fire him now with LSU and MO and South Carline looking for a coach . Too many big programs looking .
I guess what should say , other sec schools . I don't know what came over me . I crap in the bed on that .

Scratch Miami from that list, Dennis. They don't have the $ they did in the 80s. They might not ever become elite again.
My sources are telling me Saban wants to turn UGA into the Bama of the East and plans on coaching both schools. Word is that he will remotely coach both games from an SEC control room and when the two teams play each other it will be treated like the G day game where he let's the assistant coaches face off. Winner gets a back rub and an "atta boy" from Saban himself. Very credible source here guys so take it to the bank.
For the 1000th time we just made decision to keep richt and change coordinators coordinators and position coaches. I just don't see scrapping it this fast. Most agree we have upgraded everywhere other than oc and none of us thought the transition would be as hard as it has been.
VT is a good opportunity. I just got recalled to duty by Uncle Sam and am stationed in Virginia. Everywhere I go in Hampton Roads and DC, I see young people wearing VT gear. And there is unbelievable athletic talent in Tidewater. Beamer made his reputation recruiting in Hampton Roads. His successor would do well here.
Yes he has to go. Pruitt, too. I'd give battlefield promotions to Lilly and Rocker.
And how do you know there won't even be bigger (and more of them) programs looking next year? Sometimes I just go WTF and your logic, or lack thereof.
LSU is crazy to part ways with Miles, but Saban-envy appears to have spread from Lee County, Alabama to Louisiana and Northeast Georgia.
