Mercer has renovated their stadium and significantly increased capacity (or "captivity" if you remember their other place)... I thought that we were their first game in the "new" place. We are not... they actually opened at home with Maryland Eastern Shore (throw out the records when those two get together)... so we'll be their first "marquee" opponent there, but not first overall... I'm glad for that... I hate having to be the first guy up in a new place.
Mercer did sweep this past weekend... not sure what we can read into that, but they do look like a good team on paper. I said a little back that I'm sure they're eager to show they were more than just Kyle Lewis... this will be a good test for us.
