Kirby Smart.
Coach Leach's passing should remind us all that we need to take actions to improve and maintain our health. Kirby himself needs to stay healthy if UGA is to realize its long-term potential. Eat right, exercise and get enough rest. He is paid enough that he could have his own nutritionist, personal trainer, etc. Through his employer, he has access to world-class health care and exercise/nutrition facilities.
But in his position he will always be faced with unhealthy temptations, whether it be long, stressful hours (i.e., lack of rest), or poor eating options when on the road (e.g., junk food when traveling on recruiting, or non-healthy food at well-intended speaking engagements, parties, recruit-hosted dinners).
It is his own, personal business. But I hope Kirby takes his own health as seriously as he takes leadership of his football program. Want him around (and at his best) for the long term.
