NonDawg Looking for Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon recommendations

I am have a couple degenerative discs in my neck and need to consult with a Dr./!surgeon. Has anyone had a synthetic disk inserted. If so please let me know the procedure was and if you recommend your Dr.
