Please share your favorite low country boil recipes here. I have made a few low country boils...and in no way do I claim to be an expert. I love to cook and am grateful to have the best recipes from Georgians.
I am much better at cooking steaks, chops, BBQ, biscuits.
Here is what I did today and it turned out well...could have used maybe 25% more seasoning...I am open to suggestions.

Ingredients
- 2.5 gal. water
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2lbs red potatoes
- 6 ears sweet white corn, shucked, halved
- 1 sweet Vidalia onions, quartered
- 3 oz. Southern Soul BBQ Crab Boil
- 0.5 oz. sea salt
- 2 lbs. andouille sausage
- 2 lbs. wild Georgia shrimp
- In a large stockpot over a high flame, boil water with crab boil, butter, onions, sea salt, for 15 minutes.
- Add potatoes and boil for 15 minutes.
- Add corn and boil for 15 minutes.
- Add sausage for 10 minutes. Cut off heat source.
- Add shrimp to pot. Let Low Country boil sit for 5-8 minutes.
- Strain.
- Dump the contents of the pot on butcher paper or in a suitable serving container.
