I plan to put a 1 ton mini split in a 400 sq ft room. The standard air handler is a wall hung rectangular box .
The wall I plan to mount the air handler wall on has a storage room on the other side.
It will be no problem to go through that narrow room and outside to the compressor.
My question: Why can’t I find a flush mount air handler so that what you see in the room just looks like a vent…and the bulk of the handler comes through the wall into the storage room?
I’ve seen nothing like that (I have seen ceiling mounts.)
