For maybe the past 6-7 years at least, I see this same big black dude in the stands in Jacksonville every year wearing a different ostentatious & incredible hat each year.
The camera catches him every year multiple times each game. I love this guy.

Anyone know who this guy is?
He's the one shown right after Bowers reception at the 10:30 mark of this video
