I know this isn't a Bulldog topic, but thought you baseball fans might be interested. My son was offered and committed to play at a NCAA D-3 program. He is a 6'5" right handed pitcher. He is a helluva high school pitcher, but only tops out around 81-82 mph. He has worked so hard over the years, once he decided he loved baseball, and thought he might be able to play past high school. The head coach has a pitching background, and thinks he can get 5-7 mph out of him by putting him on a workout / throwing / nutrition plan.
