I’m not sure he can do this school thing for 6 months where he is subject to random testing for alcohol/drugs? R their other alternatives or is it jus finding the right attorney. Charges were underage drinking, peeing in public, public intoxication. Any help would be appreciated. Also he is headed to Georgia college in the fall. Big UGA fan as well! We travel to most of the games together.
My son who is 18 got arrested for underage drinking in Athens, any lawyers in the house
