National RCP poll now tied. Harris was up 3 a month ago…..

Harris has led since August 1st. NY Times Poll shifted 5 points to a tie since last month. As the early Oct polls cycle out of the average, Trump will begin to lead. Probably by this weekend.

Biden was up 8 at this point last time. At this point Harris campaign needs to count on polling undercounting her vote.
