come to the apparent conclusion I have developed a gluten allergy. I am not sure if it is actually celiac disease but gluten definitely causes issues. I love a cold beer so I am now looking for a replacement. I have never been a liquor drinker but I have to have something in the afternoons to take off the edge at times. I also need something while I watch the dogs play that doesn't contain gluten. What are some of your go to drink mixes. The only good news with this new diagnosis is that I am seeing my abs more so than in the past by giving up the bread.
