Its been a month or so but turned my time in at work. Gave them a year. Last day will be Dec. 31st. Thought about it long and hard for a while. I turn 62 in October. 42 and a half years at one job is enough for anyone. Working in todays world is so frustrating. The last 5 years has been the worst. The workforce today is just pitiful. Not sure if its a culture or entitlement thing. My job is to setting up training programs so I see it all first hand.
Anyway gonna get a new set of golf clubs before the year is out and working on the boat as we speak. People told me you would have a sense of peace after you do it and they were not wrong. Not regretting it one bit.
