Need help for Clemson game

I am old and apparently not very smart. I will be in Vienna, Austria on 8/31 and want to stream the game on my phone or ipad. I have Verizon for my phone and Xfinity for my wifi. I have international calling service with Verizon. I have never streamed anything. Any instructions on how to stream the game will be appreciated.
