NonDawg Need recs for Dublin, Limerick, and Shannon

Have ten days book in Ireland, starting Monday.

Staying at Savoy in Limerick the entire time as that was the rec from the project team I am working with.

Have three days (Fri, Sat and Sun) to do what I want.

Any insight on what I need to do? Book of Kells is what I am looking forward to the most
