I have received some complaints about this place being turned into a quasi Craig's List, and I agree that we do not need that to be the case. Therefore, a few of ground rules will be:
1 - Sellers, please post the lowest price you are willing to accept and detailed description, e.g., seat location, parking location, etc., when you post. Feel free to take field bids via email, but do buyers a favor and let them know where you initially stand so that they do not waste yours or their time.
2 - Buyers, please post the highest price you are willing to pay and detailed description, e.g., general seat location, general parking location, etc., when you post. Feel free to make more than one offer within the post specifying a maximum price for lower level verses upper levels. Do sellers a favor and let them know where you stand initially so that they do not waste yours or their time.
3 - Comments that are not specifically about actually purchasing or buying.
