A few months ago, I actually met a retired marine bomb dog, in National Airport in DC. She was wearing a vest, and her stripes. Curiosity made me ask, and the dog had actually been adopted by its former (retired) handler.

The dog was a Lab, and deaf in one ear from an IED, but the sweetest dog ever.

I asked about the rank (staff sergeant), and learned an interesting tidbit: the dog is given a higher rank than it’s handler, because it’s required (and I assume court-marshallable) that the handler obey the dog unequivocally. I thought that was pretty cool.

Uh Oh. General McKenzie, commander of US Central Command referred to the SOCOM military working dog as he, so it appears the dog has gender confusion, needs a gender reveal party in California with Rosie O'Donnell and some other dogs invited. Just proves even one of our tranny dogs can take down the head ISIS dog.
