Need Northern Illinois (ND only loss) to win at Miami (OH) to help their Strength of Schedule. Oh, I forgot the SOS does not matter. The Michigan AD is a liar and full of s#it. I don't listen to words; I listen to behavior. It's easy to look good to the eyes when playing MAC and low rated awful Big 10 teams. On the other hand, the Dogs will have played five ranked teams. Of the five, one was at home, three on the road and one neutral. Of the three road games against ranked teams, all of them look to be in the play off. UGA will end up playing seven bowl teams. Lets look at a few others.
Oregon: 3 ranked teams -- Boise St, Ohio St and Illinois...all at home
Ohio St: 3 ranked teams -- at Oregon (loss), at Penn St (over rated) and Indiana (over rated)
Texas: 1 ranked team -- Georgia (loss)
Penn St: 2 ranked teams -- Ohio St (loss) and Illinois (rated 24)
Indiana: 1 ranked team -- at Ohio State this weekend
Notre Dame: -- at Texas A&M
The formula is simple. Play a bunch of crap Power 4 clubs. Mix in some MAC opponents and avoid quality opponents at all cost.
