I know there are several stick burners in this group so figured I would post here. I am looking at getting a new direct flow offset maybe a 250 gallon. Any recommendations ? Primitive pits is local and Shirley makes a nice pit in Tuscaloosa. Curious what you guys are using and how consistent it is.
