Reading the NFL grades on our OL guys… 3/4 have negative feedback on S&C related issues. That + the inability to keep our guys healthy the last 2 years better have some people reevaluating how we manage S&C

- Will lean into punch, opening counters for the rush.
- Turns and closes his hips when chasing twists.
- Below-average core strength and contact balance.
- Struggles to generate movement as a drive blocker.
- Needs to secure first block with better pop on combos.
- Below-average timing and footwork up to the second level.
- Allows bull rushers access into his frame.
- Needs to hit the weight room for better frame development.
- Operates with inconsistent footwork and body control.
- Below-average bend limits leverage on drive blocks.
- Has issues getting centered to block and staying there.
- Unable to slide quickly enough to protect his edges.
- Lacks firm anchor and recovery in pass protection.
