How do we feel about the progress of our OLBs/Edge this year? I'd love to get more pressure from the interior (so would everyone), but I'd take more consistent pressure off the edge. We all know Mykel has elite talent, but is he hitting that almost impossible to stop with one blocker stage? How about Damon or Walker? Are we seeing big jumps from those guys?
The thing about '21 some folks forget is that we lost an elite, first round pass rusher off the edge midway through the season when A.Anderson was arrested. We've had glimpses with Mykel and Walker, but Anderson had developed to the point that he could barely be blocked by one OL and was so quick around the edge that the pocket compressed almost immediately. The synergy of that outside rush with Carter, Wyatt, Davis, Walker on the DL was something to behold.
