As the Cleveland.com article I linked to in the "moving target" thread makes clear, the terms of Matta's buyout require him to seek employment to offset what OSU paid. I am not saying this is the case (I have no idea), but even if the back were still giving him issues and those would be readily discoverable by prospective employers, he would still have a reason to get out and interview. Actually, 100,000 reasons, every month.
