Either that or Dems are going to focus all money on packing the house & Senate so when they impeach Trump again over J6 or some other event, they will have the numbers to get him out of office

Don't think they have a shot at getting enough votes in the senate to remove and Trump seems to be working hard to mend fences with the Pub establishment.
As long as Trump doesn't become his own worst enemy, he should be able to keep the House and Senate.
Then the 3rd option is to once again tie Trump up into investigations, special councils, & impeachment trials so can't accomplish much...

Scary thought: what if war with China, Russia, it Iran somehow broke out before November. Could the president or Congress suspend the election?
That hasn't stopped and at some point, you have to think the populace would decide enough is enough.
What are voters gonna do about it: re elect an 85 year old Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer & Mitch McConnell again? Oh that'll really show them the people won't take it anymore
Maybe realize the DC establishment is corrupt and start the pendulum swinging back to a more moderate government. Additionally, if Trump is elected, he'll have a better understanding of what he's up against and likely won't appoint an AG that steps aside and lets the justice dept and intell community run roughshod over the constitution.
