Publix brand “La Mexicana” salsa in the refrigerated case in the produce dept. Get 2 “medium” containers (16 oz ea.) and 1 “mild” container. You could stop there, but don’t.

Get one each of the small containers of freshly chopped white onions, freshly chopped red onions and freshly chopped tri-color bell peppers. (Also in refrigerated cases of the produce dept.).

Yes, you can chop & mince at home, but I’m talking EZ. Mix all this together in a big enough bowl. Mix it well! And it’s a perfect spicy for most palettes. If you lust for more heat, …Buy a package as above of freshly chopped, whole jalapeño peppers,

……. or easier and not as frightening to the pepper challenged, just add “Cholula” sauce to taste. (No obvious, tell tale Jalapeño chunks) Just a couple dashes at the time until you reach a level of spicy you & yours like best. It is chunky, a bit crunchy, freshly made, and it doesn’t drip on your clothes much.
