Peyton Woodyard's wide disparity in rankings at safety .....

looking at other sites, he ranks from a high of the #3 safety (rivals( to a low of #20 safety (on3). The two other services have him at at #6 (espn) and #11 (247). why the wide disparity? what is the supposed weakness? does any service have a verified 40 time? thanks
