In 2016 we played and beat South Carolina on a Sunday due to a hurricane in the Columbia area. We then lost to Vandy at home the following Saturday.
I vividly remember Kirby saying if he had to do it over again, he would have given the team the day off on Monday instead of practicing.
And yes in Kirby I trust but just thought it was interesting he decided to have a practice on Sunday after the UMass game.
