Our state is still reeling from Helene, and we are about to get the most direct hit across the I-4 corridor that I can recall in my adult lifetime. Tampa/Sarasota (and the surrounding beach communities) are still trying to clean up and assess damage, and now they're trying to prepare what's left of their homes and communities for another major hurricane.
Central Florida to the east coast (including the space coast) is bracing for the same.
We need a miracle at this point, and absent that, we're gonna need a lot of help picking up the pieces when this is over.
