Player "X" enters his name into the portal, school(s) "Y, Z" etc. have an interest.
Do they contact X's school first?
Do they contact "X" first?
Can "X" openly market himself to school(s) "Y, Z", etc?
How would "X" market himself? Social media?, player contacts, etc?
