Please pray for my aunt and cousins as my uncle Brad Almon passed away this morning at his home in Shellman Bluff. He was 83. “Big Brad” coached high school football for over 40 years at stops in Manchester, Thomasville, Lowndes, Screven County and Toombs County. He impacted the lives of many men and coached dozens of guys who went on to college and NFL careers such as Randall Godfrey, Travares Tillman, and Nick Eason.
